Managing Director (Defence Systems SME)

We are seeking an experienced defence industry leader to take full executive responsibility for a fast‑growing, internationally owned defence systems company based in Slovenia.This is a true general management role with end‑to‑end accountability: strategy, P&L, operations, programmes, customers and people. You will lead a highly engaged and technically strong team, with the mandate to optimise internal processes and fully realise the company’s significant commercial and market potential.

The company is on a clear growth trajectory, with the ambition to reach €100m in revenue, supported by strong international ownership, an attractive product portfolio and a growing global customer base.

• Full Managing Director / General Manager responsibility (P&L, strategy, execution)
• Optimisation of processes, organisation and delivery as the business scales
